Apetit’s consumer service responds to questions and feedback on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.00 to 11.00 via the freephone number 0800 0 4000.

You can also leave us a message using the feedback form (form in Finnish).

If you have identified an issue with our product, please kindly keep the product and its packaging until we have been in contact. If the issue concerns a foreign object or defective packaging, please retain it until we get in touch. After that, we can assess whether we need the product for further investigation. Please note that if your feedback concerns a defective product, you must always include a photo of the product and the lot number (batch number) so that we can trace it.
